Offensive Skills Training - Session 2 (Winter 25)

Stick Skills, Footwork, and Finishing

Offensive skills training is geared to focus on Stick Skills, Footwork, and Finishing. We pride ourselves on a high tempo, fast paced environment that is suitable for skilled to advanced players. Each Class will have a different focus, with an emphasis on footwork, stick-work, and position specific fundamentals

  • Why train with us?

    Skills-Driven, Small Groups:
Our small group format ensures personalized feedback and targeted skill development, maximizing every rep for improvement.

    NCAA-Experienced Coaches:
Our coaches bring firsthand NCAA playing experience, offering position-specific insights to elevate your offensive game and prepare you for competition.

    Limitations of Club Practices:
Club practices often prioritize team plays and strategies, leaving little time to refine individual offensive techniques like dodging, shooting, and footwork.
